Gaining Access to Full Classes
The undergraduate courses 2449W and 3192W frequently fill. Unfortunately, there are a limited number of seats every year. If there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., you cannot graduate at the end of the semester without the course), you may contact the Director of Undergraduate Studies, Susan Wiley (wiley@gwu.edu). She will require you to send verification that the courses are the only courses that can meet your course requirements. If you continue to check, however, there are frequently students adding and dropping these courses in the week or two before the start of the semester, and that turnover provides opportunities to add the class.
